With more time for treatment we are able to work on a more Targeted, Intentional Bodywork designed to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore balance based on your needs that day. Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Deep Tissue Techniques are utilized to ensure optimal performance can be achieved in your daily life.
