Please schedule accordingly. All appointments take place at my Studio Space unless otherwise arranged.

Please keep in mind that if you are scheduling with me for the first time that you will be prompted to fill out a Medical History Form as well as read and sign off on my Policies and Procedures before your booking is complete.

Don’t forget to bring any coupons you may have in the form of my hand-written business cards.
